It is based on an in-depth study of 39 EMNCs which includes personal interviews of senior executives and research into their challenges, strategies, tactics and results. The objective of this book is two-fold: First, to give aspiring EMNCs guidance in developing their own businesses and brand building strategies and second, to enable the established or triad-based MNCs to proactively respond to the threats and challenges these EMNCs pose.
